Welcome to Samuel & Monica Excursion!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Samuel and Monica Excursion's as your tour provider.

By agreeing to the tour participation, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.

Insurance:

All of our boats and occupants are covered by an insurance for injuries caused by the boat and while on the boat.

Injuries may be caused while snorkeling( due to marine wildlife or surrounding environments) and on the islands while visiting. Those are not covered by insurance. We are always ready to intervene in case of any issues and provide all necessary help in our capacity.

Please ask and follow local guidelines and your tour guide to avoid any mishaps.

Lost of personal items are not covered and is your responsibility.

Immediate termination of your tour:

Samuel and Monica Excursion condemn pollution, destruction to natural Wildlife and violence during the tour.

You must not:

• Throw waste, Cigarrete buds, etc.. in the sea/islands. Hand it to staffs for disposal.

• Disrespect Crews and other participants

• Harm the nature and animals, including corals or other marine lifes.

In case the above are not respected, your tour will be immediately terminated without any refunds.

Weather conditions:

Mauritius is a Tropical island and occasional showers are almost daily present, which are for short 5-10 minutes. We try to give our best predictions for the weather conditions and we are not responsible for weather changes and dissatisfaction caused by weather changes. Your participation in the tour means that you are agreeing to any changes in the weather conditions that may occur during your tour*.

Booking & Cancellations:

Group tour booking are recommended at least 2 days in advance to secure a seat.

Any cancellations at least 12 hr before hotel departures is fully refundable.

In case of bad weather and meteorological warning of impracticable Sea conditions before, you will be fully refunded.

*Incase you are at the jetty and weather conditions are not up to your expectations before your tour , you may reschedule for another day or Cancel (Only for private tours) . Euro 30 (Belle Mare region) or according to agreed transfer fee will be charged.

Group tours fees are not refundable and tour carry on (with or without your participation) if there is no meteorological warning against.

If you decide to stop the tour early or cancel during the tour, no refunds will be provided.
